Trading at Wokingham Festival
Would you like to trade at Wokingham Festival?
Each year we have pitches available for all kinds of traders, including Food & Drink and a range of other goods, as well as Community / Charity stalls.
If you would like to enquire about a pitch to trade, please complete the form below. You will receive an automated response confirming the details that you have provided, together with some further details (please check spam or do a search for “Wokingham Festival Trader Liaison” if you don’t see it). We will then follow up with a response from a human.
Our fees for food and drink pitches vary, according to what you are selling.
Prices for general (non-food) pitches start from £175+VAT for the full weekend for a 3×3m pitch.
Charity pitches start at £130+VAT.
We charge extra for larger pitches and electricity.
Space is very limited, and we always aim to minimise overlap between stalls to maximise sales for all of our traders, so please give us as much information and details as you can about your business or organisation, and what you plan to sell or promote on your stall, so that we can offer space to a good mix of traders.
