Cantley Event Field is found on Twyford Road, 1 mile outside Wokingham Town Centre.

Where can I park?

There is limited car parking on site. To reserve your space please email [email protected] . Unfortunately no vehicles can be left on site overnight.

Car parks are available in Wokingham Town Centre which is a short walk from the Festival site. Please click here for a list of available parking.

Visitors are advised to walk, use public transport or take the FREE shuttle bus from Wokingham Train Station.

Is the festival under cover?

There are two massive marquees, one for the food & drink exhibitors and one set up as a restaurant with bench seating and tables opposite the stage.  There is also a separate marquee for the Demonstration Theatre.  So should there be a drop of rain there is plenty of cover.

Is there a free shuttle service?

This year Wokingham Festival will be providing a FREE shuttle service sponsored by Anytime Fitness between Wokingham Train Station and the Festival site. Buses will run every 15 minutes throughout Saturday and Saturday daytime (11am-6pm).

Please note there will be no service between 2.30 and 3.15pm on either day.

This is a limited service and works on a first come, first served basis.

Can I purchase tickets at the entrance?

Yes, tickets can be purchased at the entrance but you can benefit from discounts when buying in advance online or from Wokingham Town Hall Information Centre open Mon-Fri 10am – 2pm.  Please note ONLY Weekend tickets are available from the Town Hall.

Are children welcome?

Most certainly and entrance for children is FREE.  To gain free entrance a child/young person needs to be 18 years of age, and under, and accompanied by a paying adult.

Do you have disabled facilities?

Yes, we have a disabled toilet.  The whole site is accessible for the disabled but please be aware that due to the nature of the outdoor environment the ground may be uneven.

Can we bring our dog?

Sorry, as we are a food festival we only accept guide dogs and hearing dogs.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

We very much hope you will want to take advantage of the delicious food and drink available to purchase on site.  For this reason we will not allow picnics or drinks to be brought on to the festival site.

Can I buy soft drinks as well as beer, wine and cocktails?

Yes, there are plenty of soft drinks available including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, lemonade, fruit smoothies and water.

Do I need to bring my own beer glass?

Our bar is able to supply plastic beer glasses.  As part of our licence we are not allowed to serve drinks in proper glass.

Can I bring my own chair?

There are tables and benches in the restaurant area but you are very welcome to bring your own chair or mat should you wish. |
