Bread Making for Children

Lisa Perry from Crafty Chefs
Lisa from Crafty Chefs will be running 20 minute breadmaking sessions for children. The dough can then be taken home to cook and eaten warm!

Wine and Food Matching
Charge: £5/person with any profit going to charity.
To Book: Purchase your ticket at the Sampling Area. Max of 14 people per session.
International Wine & Food Society

The Capital Branch of the International Wine & Food Society, in conjunction with local wine merchants, will be conducting a series of tutored tastings to experiment with matching
wines with different types of foods. The sessions will last up to an hour and there will be six wines to match a collection of flavours and textures. A wine expert will talk you through
the tasting and hopefully trigger some interesting and stimulating discussion amongst participants.
